MEGAN & STEPHEN

I love photographing weddings and  it is weddings like these that actually make me wonder why I only do this part-time.   Megan met Stephen through her best friend & it seemed spent a lot of time with her best friend back in the day in order to hang out with Stephen more.  Megan started the day at home and finished getting ready at the stunning Vacy Hall, just across the road from Gips Restaurant, where the ceremony & reception were held.  Given the short walk, big golf umbrellas were used to shield the Bride from Stephen sneaking a peak too early as she walked across the road.  Megan’s dad being a MAJOR Carlton FC fan was rather concerned about the colour of them, though it was agreed they were the best match for the colour theme for the day.  It was a big wedding party, brothers & sisters & best friends, and all of them know how to enjoy themselves.  Stacey Apples & I spent most of the day in fits of laughter, with the boys breaking into song frequently, making the lyrics up as they went along.  This would have to be the most fun I’ve ever had at a wedding…apart from my own :).
